1.Introduction:

Potassium polyaspartic acid is the potassium salt form of polyaspartic acid, which is a polymer of amino acids containing a large number of amide bonds and carboxyl groups in its molecular chain. These functional groups endow potassium polyaspartic acid with unique chemical properties, which have good water solubility and can quickly dissolve in water to form a clear solution.

The characteristics of its molecular structure make it biocompatible and biodegradable. In natural environments, potassium polyaspartic acid can gradually decompose into small molecules that are harmless to the environment, without causing long-term environmental pollution like some traditional chemically synthesized polymers.

3.Application

1) Agriculture: A s a fertilizer enhancer, it can promote the absorption of nutrients by crops such as grains, vegetables, fruits, and flowers, enhance crop stress resistance, strengthen plants, increase yield, and improve quality. The promoting effect on the absorption of zinc, manganese, and iron in crops is particularly significant .

2) Industrial: It can be used as a water treatment agent, metal ion chelating agent, moisturizing agent, dispersant, etc. It has good performance in scale inhibition, corrosion inhibition, chelation, etc., which helps to improve the efficiency and product quality of industrial production processes.

3) Foods: The Australian and New Zealand Food Standards Agency has approved its use as a stabilizer for wine, with a maximum allowable usage limit of 100mg/l. Health Canada has also approved its use in wine to inhibit crystal formation, with a usage limit of 0.01% .

5.Health and Safety:
