Product performance is the core of our competitiveness. Our main CHP series vanadium catalysts and VCS series cesium catalysts are specially designed for SO₂ oxidation reactions in the sulfuric acid industry. Adopting high-quality imported diatomite as the carrier, our unique production process maximally retains the complete microstructure of the diatomite carrier, avoiding damage during the preparation process. This enables active components to be uniformly dispersed in the micropores of the carrier, resulting in more reasonable pore size distribution, and significantly superior porosity and specific surface area compared with similar products. These advantages endow the catalysts with excellent performance in catalytic activity, bulk density control and system pressure drop optimization.
The excellent process and high-quality raw materials ensure the products have a long service life and low operation loss. Under normal operating conditions, the service life of the catalyst can reach 8-15 years, the screening cycle is extended to 2-5 years, and the screening loss is only 5%-10%, which greatly reduces the replacement and operation and maintenance costs of enterprises. Our CHP and VCS series catalysts have strong compatibility, applicable to sulfuric acid production plants with various raw materials (such as sulfur, pyrite, smelting flue gas), different capacities and different process routes. They can effectively promote SO₂ conversion, help enterprises meet the increasingly strict environmental emission requirements, and ensure the long-term stable, low-consumption and efficient operation of sulfuric acid plants.
