WD01-102 metal passivator adjusts the effective components in the passivator according to the type and content of harmful metals on the raw material oil and equilibrant, so as to achieve multi-purpose use of a single agent, and at the same time play the role of passivation of metals such as Ni, V, Fe, Na, etc., which has the characteristics of strong adhesion, high activity and low toxicity.

【Application 】
It is used to inhibit the pollution of catalyst by Ni, V and other metals in catalytic cracking device.

Appearance: light yellow to brown transparent solution

pH value (25℃)): ≤7.0
Solubility: Mutually soluble with water
【Usage and dosage 】
1. Injection point: crude oil pipeline before lifting pipe. It enters the lifting pipe together with raw oil.
2. Suggested dosage: 50～ 100µg/g. Users should adjust the dosage according to the nature of crude oil processed and metal content.
【Packing and storage 】
1. Packed in 200kg plastic drum.
2. Keep away from fire source and store in cool and dry environment.
