    Product Overview:

Azoxystrobin is a broad-spectrum, systemic fungicide belonging to the strobilurin chemical class. It acts by inhibiting mitochondrial respiration in fungi, disrupting energy production and ultimately leading to cell death. Known for its preventative and curative properties, Azoxystrobin provides long-lasting protection across a wide range of crops and fungal diseases.

    Key Features:

    • Broad-spectrum activity against over 50 fungal pathogens

    • Translaminar and systemic movement within the plant

    • Preventive, curative, and eradicative action

    • Rainfast within hours after application

    Mode of Action:

Azoxystrobin inhibits fungal respiration by blocking electron transfer in Complex III (cytochrome bc1 complex) of the mitochondrial respiratory chain, preventing spore germination and mycelial growth.

    Applications:

Azoxystrobin is widely used in agriculture for the protection of crops such as:

    • Cereals (wheat, barley, corn)

    • Fruits (apples, grapes, citrus, bananas)
