    Product Overview:

Kresoxim-Methyl is a high-performance strobilurin fungicide known for its preventive, curative, and antisporulant properties. It belongs to the QoI (Quinone outside Inhibitor) group of fungicides and provides broad-spectrum control of major fungal diseases, particularly in grapes, pome fruits, cereals, cucurbits, and vegetables.

Thanks to its systemic and translaminar activity, Kresoxim-Methyl forms a protective shield on treated plant surfaces and moves into the plant tissues, protecting both existing and new growth. It also contributes to plant health benefits including enhanced photosynthesis and stress tolerance.

    Key Features & Benefits:

    • ✅ Broad-spectrum protection against major fungal diseases

    • 🛡️ Preventive and curative action with long-lasting residual effect

    • 🌿 Enhances green leaf area and improves plant vigor

    • ☀️ Rainfast within hours of application

    • 🔄 Systemic & translaminar movement for complete crop protection

    • 🧬 Part of the FRAC Group 11 (QoI fungicides) – ideal for resistance management

    Mode of Action:

Kresoxim-Methyl inhibits fungal mitochondrial respiration by blocking electron transport in the cytochrome bc1 complex at the Qo site. This disrupts energy production in fungal cells, leading to the inhibition of spore germination, mycelial growth, and further infection.

    Fungicide Group: Strobilurin (QoI)
    FRAC Code: 11

    Target Diseases:

    • Powdery mildew

    • Rusts

    • Leaf spots

    • Scab (Venturia spp.)

    • Septoria leaf blotch

    • Anthracnose

    • Botrytis gray mold (suppression)

    • Alternaria blight

    Recommended Crops:

    • Grapes

    • Apples and pears (pome fruits)

    • Wheat, barley, and other cereals

    • Cucurbits (melon, cucumber, squash)

    • Tomatoes, peppers, and eggplant

    • Ornamental plants

    • Stone fruits and berries

    Application Rates & Guidelines:

    Crop Disease Dosage Spray Interval
Grapes Powdery mildew 150–200 g/ha (WG) 10–14 days
Apples/Pears Scab, powdery mildew 200–300 mL/ha (SC) At critical growth stages
Cereals Rust, blotch 150–250 g/ha (WG) From tillering to heading
Cucurbits Powdery mildew 0.3–0.4 L/ha (SC) At disease onset

Note: Follow local extension guidelines for region-specific application timing and rates. Ensure full leaf coverage and avoid exceeding recommended frequency to manage resistance.

    Compatibility:

Kresoxim-Methyl is compatible with most insecticides and fungicides. Tank mixing with other FRAC group fungicides (non-Group 11) is recommended for resistance management. A jar test is advised before mixing with unfamiliar products.

    Safety & Handling:

    • 🧤 Wear protective gloves and eyewear during mixing and spraying

    • ❌ Do not apply near water bodies or when bees are active

    • 📦 Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture

    • 🐝 Low toxicity to bees and beneficial insects when used as directed

    Environmental Profile:

    • Low leaching potential; minimal environmental impact under responsible use

    • Not highly toxic to mammals or non-target organisms

    • Ensure proper buffer zones near aquatic environments
