I. Product Introduction

The organic polymer flocculant for drilling fluids features high molecular weight, non-toxicity, excellent flocculation performance, and good filtration loss reduction. Its molecules have a positive zigzag long-chain structure. This special structure prevents the molecules from deforming easily under certain temperatures and pressures, ensuring a long action time. Thus, it can protect the wellbore more effectively and prevent wellbore collapse. With good lubricating properties, this product delivers better performance in the drilling of ultra-deep wells. It can be used as a substitute for polyacrylamide, with advantages of low dosage, strong efficacy, good performance, and low cost.

II. Usage Method

Add an appropriate amount of this product directly into the mud tank for preparation. The dosage can be adjusted according to the actual condition of the mud. For better coordination, an appropriate amount of the dissolving agent (formulated specifically for this product) can be added to achieve an improved effect.

Store the container tightly closed in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Store apart from foodstuff containers or incompatible materials.
