Product Description:

  CS-8163 is an anionic fluo ro - carbon  surfactant that is soluble in water and has excellent wetting and anti-sticking capabilities. This product features a relatively low surface tension, which can effectively regulate surface properties and functionally enhance various water-based coatings, water-based resins, cleaners, waxes and other composite components. This product contains special fluorine compounds, which can effectively provide high lubricity and dispersion of the system, improve the light transmittance of the product, and enhance the long-term stability of the system. It is widely used in water-based wood coatings, water-based latex coatings, cleaning agents, resin synthesis and other fields .

Product Features:

2. It effectively reduces surface energy, has good spreading and wetting capabilities, and endows the system with excellent leveling and smoothness.

Surface tension

A series of aqueous solutions of different concentrations of this product were prepared, and the surface tension was tested by the ring method. The test data are shown in the following figure.

Applications

It is applicable to industries,  such as water-based wood coatings, water-based latex coatings, cleaning agents, resin synthesis, and floor waxes .

Dosage and usage method

0.0 2 -0. 5 % of the total formula can be added at any stage of production and evenly dispersed and stirred .

Packaging and Storage

25KG per pail . Stor e in a sealed container in a well-ventilated, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. The storage environment should be between 5℃ and 4 5℃. Keep the packaging intact. The shelf life of this product is two  year s  from the date of production .
