A:The lead usually takes 7-10 days. However, because one of our warehouses' location is in Europe, our customers can be assured of a fast delivery.

A: We follow a strict quality control of 6 steps testing from the beginning purchase of raw materials to the finished product. 

Q7: What is your shipment method? 
A: For large quantity of product orders, we usually ship the goods by sea. 
    For small quantity of product orders, we choose air or courier for shipment. 
Depends on your preferences, we can deliver via many express companies such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc.
