It readily adsorbs onto metal surfaces, forming a dense adsorption film that separates the corrosive agent from the metal surface, thereby providing a slow-release agent.

1-Benzylquinolinium chloride, as a corrosion inhibitor intermediate, can be formulated into finished corrosion inhibitors for various temperature regimes using various compounding processes. It can be used in oilfield acid fracturing applications.

Store in a well-ventilated, dry, and cool place. Handle loading and unloading with care and avoid impact during transportation.

• Operation & Storage

Store container tightly sealed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place. The product is freeze-thaw stable. Container should be heated to 60-70°C to completely melt product; mix thoroughly before use.
