      Product Introduction  


    Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB, CAS:67774-74-7,EINECS:267-000-6, HS Code:29041000, molecular formula C₆H₅CₙH₂ₙ₊₁, n=10-13, MW:238-250) is a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid with a characteristic aromatic odor. It is produced by alkylation of benzene with linear olefins (C10-C13) using advanced catalytic technology. We supply detergent grade (96-98% purity) and high purity grade (98-99% purity) specifications, complying with GB, ASTM and international detergent industry standards. This product is immiscible with water, soluble in organic solvents, and has a flash point above 130°C. As the primary raw material for linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LABSA), it is the cornerstone of the global detergent and surfactant industry.

    Packaging & Storage
    Standard packaging: 170kg/200kg galvanized iron drums, ISO tank containers (20-25 MT) for bulk shipments. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse at ambient temperature (5-35°C). Keep containers tightly sealed, away from heat sources, open flames, oxidants and strong acids. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture during transportation. Shelf life is 24 months under proper storage conditions.

    Safety Information
    Classified as combustible liquid (flash point >130°C) and aspiration hazard category 1. Low acute toxicity (oral LD50: 2,000-5,000 mg/kg in rats), may cause mild skin and eye irritation. Wear protective gloves, safety goggles and chemical-resistant clothing during handling. In case of eye/skin contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes.
