    Features


    1. Vinyl Silane Oligomer are prepared by the hydrolysis-condensation reaction of Vinyltrimethoxysilane (Silane Coupling Agent A171).

    2. It substitute of Evonik 6490. Compared to monomeric silanes, its oligomeric form results in a more uniform film, longer storage time, and higher stability.


    Applications


    1. It is primarily used as an anti-corrosion coating and adhesion promoter in metal surface treatment.

    2. It can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of metals (such as steel, copper, and aluminum), enhance coating adhesion, while also providing hydrophobicity and weatherability.

    3. Its structure contains a high content of vinyl groups, making it suitable for bonding flexible materials. Compared to monomeric silanes, this oligomer forms more uniform films, offers longer storage time, and higher stability.
