Short-term temporary placement at room temperature (15–25 ℃) is only allowed for transit and temperature equilibration, and the duration shall not be too long.
  
  

  2. Partially used products after opening

  
  
  Once the sealed vial is opened, the internal material will be exposed to air and moisture. After each sampling, seal the bottle mouth tightly at once. You can use sealing film to reinforce the tightness, then place it back to the 2–8 ℃ refrigerated environment. It is recommended to exhaust the remaining powder as soon as possible after opening to avoid quality deterioration caused by prolonged contact with air. Do not leave opened vials in the open laboratory area for a long time.
  
  

  3. Reconstituted solution

  
  
  The stability of liquid solution is much lower than that of solid powder. It is strictly prohibited to store the solution at room temperature for a long time. Short-term storage within 24 hours can be done at 2–8 ℃ in dark and sealed condition. Freezing is forbidden, as low temperature will lead to protein denaturation and permanent loss of activity. If long-term preservation is necessary, divide the solution into single-use aliquots and store at -20 ℃. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles must be avoided.
