6. How should I store peptide products after receiving them?
Peptide products in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form can be shipped at room temperature when vacuum-sealed. However, peptides in a dissolved state must be refrigerated and stored at a low temperature of 2°C to 8°C. For long-term storage, it is recommended to keep the peptides in their lyophilized powder form within a sealed container containing a desiccant, and to store them in an ultra-low temperature environment of -20°C or -80°C; this storage method maximizes the prevention of peptide degradation.
