Q: How can I get a free sample?
A: Kindly send us your address. Free samples can be provided via FedEx, DHL, or TNT. The quantity for free samples is as follows: for Amino Acid Surfactants, liquid samples are 100–300ml, and solid samples are 50–200g; for Preservatives, samples are 30–90ml. These quantities are sufficient for initial testing. If you require more samples, please contact us. Samples exceeding the free sample quantity will be subject to additional charges. Please note, the express cost is paid by the buyers.

Q: What documents you provide?
