• • 1. 1. All operations below are restricted to standard laboratory scientific research only, the raw material shall never be used to manufacture finished goods for human application. Every operation step needs to comply with local laboratory chemical management specifications and biochemical experimental operating standards.
          1. Preparatory work before operation
             
             
             Choose a dust-free, constant-temperature lab operating area, keep the working place away from intense sunlight and high-temperature heating equipment. Prepare all experimental utensils and lab-specific solvent in advance, including measuring tools, sealed reagent bottles and reaction containers. All labware should be cleaned and dried thoroughly to avoid impurity contamination affecting raw material quality.
          2. Raw material dissolution configuration
             
             
             Take out sealed vial of HCG lyophilized powder under clean lab environment and open the seal gently. Measure corresponding solvent quantitatively with calibrated measuring tools according to preset experimental scheme, add solvent slowly into the container loaded with powder. Seal the container tightly afterwards, shake horizontally mildly or stir at low speed continuously until all solid powder dissolves completely to form uniform clarified liquid. Violent shaking or rapid stirring is forbidden to protect the intrinsic molecular structure of glycoprotein raw material.
          3. Application of prepared liquid
             
             
             The well-prepared liquid shall be put into in-vitro cell culture test, glycoprotein structure analysis and endocrine-related biochemical experiments as scheduled. Split the liquid into multiple portions based on grouping requirements of parallel experiments. Any surplus liquid which cannot be used up in short research cycle should be sealed and stored following the product storage rules.
          4. Waste disposal after experiment
             
             
             Residual raw powder and waste test liquid are forbidden to pour into daily drain directly. Collect all chemical wastes into special waste container, then deliver to qualified professional waste treatment institute in accordance with environmental protection regulations of the region.

           The lyophilized powder is sealed with inert gas inside each vial. Keep intact packages stored at constant -20℃, in dry, dark and well-sealed surroundings. Keep away from direct sunlight, heating devices and humid surroundings. Avoid frequent temperature fluctuation caused by repeated taking out and putting back, which may lead to moisture condensation inside bottles and damage the intrinsic structure of glycoprotein components. Extra moisture-proof aluminum packaging is suggested for secondary protection before freezing storage.
         • Prepared experimental solution after dissolution

           
           

           Solution formulated with lab solvent for in vitro research can be stored at 2℃~8℃ under sealed and dark condition for short-term experimental use within several days. For leftover liquid needing long-term retention for follow-up research, place into freezing environment for preservation. Out-of-date waste liquid shall be collected as chemical waste instead of long-term storage.

           Large quantity bulk goods need to be placed in professional constant-temperature chemical warehouse equipped with moisture-proof, shading and ventilation facilities. Separate storage from strong acid, strong alkali, volatile organic reagents and oxidizing chemicals to prevent chemical interaction triggering raw material deterioration. Regularly inspect warehouse environment and package tightness to record inventory status.

           During shipment and temporary turnover, avoid long-time exposure under high temperature and damp open-air environment. Use heat-insulating packaging to buffer ambient temperature change, and finish repacking work in cool and dry operation space to prevent moisture adhesion to raw powder.
