  1. Reconstitution
     
     
     • Aseptically add 1mL of bacteriostatic water or sterile water to the 5mg TB500 vial to prepare a 5mg/mL working solution.
     • Slowly swirl the vial to dissolve the lyophilized powder; do not shake vigorously to avoid denaturation.
     
     
  2. Storage After Reconstitution
     
     
     • Keep the reconstituted solution refrigerated at 2–8°C for short-term use (stable for up to 30 days).
     • For long-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -20°C to maintain stability.
