1. Pre-operation Preparation
This product is a dedicated laboratory research reagent. All operations shall be performed by professional researchers in a standard sterile laboratory.
Clean the work bench to keep it clean, dry and well ventilated, and remove sundries and residual reagents to avoid cross-contamination. Prepare sterile liquid handling devices, sealed containers, aqueous solvents and protective equipment in advance. All utensils must be cleaned, sterilized and cooled before use.
Operators shall wear lab coat, sterile gloves, protective goggles and dust-proof equipment to prevent direct contact of powder and solution with skin, eyes and respiratory tract. Inspect the vial before use to ensure good sealing, and confirm no moisture, caking or discoloration.
2. Reconstitution
Select suitable solvents such as laboratory-grade sterile water or phosphate buffered saline according to experimental protocols. Add solvent slowly along the inner wall of the vial with sterile tools. Do not impact the powder directly to avoid bubbles and bioactivity loss.
Let the vial stand upright for full infiltration, then swirl gently until the powder is fully dissolved into a clear and homogeneous solution. For high-precision cell experiments, filter the solution with a 0.22μm sterile filter.
3. Dilution and Experimental Application
To prepare working solutions of different concentrations, perform serial dilution with blank solvent. Mix gently after each dilution to ensure even concentration.
Draw required volume of solution with sterile tools and transfer it into culture dishes, test tubes and other experimental carriers. Conduct experiments in accordance with specified temperature, reaction duration, pH value and other parameters. Keep complete records for full traceability.
4. Post-experiment Handling
Tighten and seal the vial immediately after use, then store it under specified conditions. Clean, sterilize and store all used laboratory utensils following standard rules.
Collect waste liquid, residual materials and used consumables separately. Dispose of them uniformly in compliance with laboratory hazardous waste regulations. Random dumping is prohibited.
5. Additional Notes
- Prepare solutions right before use to maintain optimal bioactivity. Do not store diluted working solutions for a long time.
- Opened product has reduced stability. Use it as soon as possible and avoid repeated opening.
- Handle the product gently during operation and transportation to prevent package damage and material leakage.
- This product is only for in vitro scientific research. Do not alter its intended use, and it shall not be applied to non-research scenarios related to humans and animals.
