    Disaccharide (GH2) (CAS 1030834-08-2), also known as Fondaparinux Sodium Impurity 13 or Fondaparinux Impurity 2, is a complex protected disaccharide intermediate in the synthesis of Fondaparinux Sodium, a synthetic pentasaccharide anticoagulant that selectively inhibits factor Xa . The systematic name of this compound is α-D-Glucopyranoside, methyl 4-O-[2-O-acetyl-6-methyl-3-O-(phenylmethyl)-α-L-idopyranuronosyl]-2-deoxy-2-[[(phenylmethoxy)carbonyl]amino]-3-O-(phenylmethyl)-, 6-benzoate .
