Osimertinib Mesylate (CAS 1421373-66-1), also known as AZD-9291 Mesylate or Mereletinib Mesylate, is the mesylate salt form of osimertinib, an orally bioavailable, third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase modulator . It appears as a white to off-white or light yellow solid powder with the molecular formula C₂₉H₃₇N₇O₅S and a molecular weight of 595.71 g/mol .
