Industrial Grade Sodium Sulfide 60% Flakes (Na₂S), CAS 1313-82-2, is a high-efficiency inorganic alkaline reducing chemical widely used in modern industrial manufacturing. Our factory provides two mainstream grades including low iron 30ppm yellow flakes and conventional 150ppm red flakes, covering high-end fine chemical industries and general industrial fields. The product is produced through high-temperature melting, purification, sealed reaction and rapid cooling flaking technology, ensuring stable sodium sulfide content up to 60% minimum with low water insoluble matter and strictly controlled impurity indicators. All production processes are completed in fully enclosed equipment to reduce air oxidation, effectively guaranteeing stable appearance and excellent solubility of finished products during long-term storage and long-distance ocean transportation.

The low-iron yellow sodium sulfide flakes with iron content below 30ppm present uniform pale yellow irregular flaky shape with smooth surface, low dust and extremely low heavy metal impurities. This grade features ultra-high purity and stable reduction performance, no color contamination and no abnormal precipitation after water dissolution. It is specially suitable for high-standard production scenarios such as sulfur dye synthesis, fine chemical intermediates, pharmaceutical auxiliary materials and high-grade textile printing and dyeing industries, effectively avoiding product color deviation and quality defects caused by excessive iron ions.

The conventional red sodium sulfide flakes with iron content within 150ppm show stable reddish-brown flaky appearance with complete crystal form and low pulverization rate. With cost-effective and stable industrial performance, this grade is widely applied in large-scale basic industrial fields including leather depilation and softening, mineral ore flotation separation, industrial wastewater heavy metal removal, paper pulp cooking and auxiliary chemical raw material preparation. It has strong water solubility, fast dissolving speed and powerful reducing and metal ion precipitation capacity, which can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce comprehensive production costs for downstream manufacturers.

Both yellow and red sodium sulfide flakes have excellent physical and chemical stability. The finished flakes are compact in texture, not easy to deliquesce and oxidize in a dry and sealed environment, and can maintain stable chemical activity within the valid storage period. After being dissolved in water, the solution is uniform and transparent with strong alkalinity and reduction properties, which can fully meet the technological requirements of various industrial reaction systems. The product has wide formula compatibility and can be matched with various auxiliary chemicals for synergistic reaction without invalidation or adverse chemical reaction.
