Promotes cell migration, angiogenesis, wound healing, and anti-inflammatory responses via integrin-linked kinase (ILK) and HIF-1α/VEGF pathways. TB-500 is the synthetic fragment Ac-LKKTETQ (MW ~895) often sold under this CAS.
Activity note:Thymosin Beta-4 is an actin-binding protein, not a receptor agonist. Functional activity is measured by actin sequestration (Kd ~0.7–1 μM) and cell migration assays, not EC₅₀.
