Product Overview

Sephadex G-25 is a cross-linked dextran gel filtration medium with a molecular weight exclusion limit of approximately 5,000 Da. This white to off-white powder or beads is widely used in size exclusion chromatography (SEC) for the separation of macromolecules from small molecules, particularly for desalting, buffer exchange, and removal of low molecular weight contaminants from protein and peptide samples. Synthetic Process

Sephadex G-25 is manufactured through the following routes:
