Anhydrous Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate (Abbreviation: DSP, CAS:7558-79-4,EINECS:231-448-7, HS Code:2835220000), molecular formula Na₂HPO₄, molecular weight 141.96. It is white crystalline powder or granule, soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, with obvious moisture absorption property. We supply food grade (GB 1886.329/FCC), industrial grade and lab reagent grade. It features stable buffering capacity, chelating and emulsifying performance, widely applied in food processing, water treatment, textile printing, ceramics and biochemical research.

Applications
Food & Beverage Industry (Core Application)
Approved food additive compliant with GB and FCC standards. Used as pH buffer, emulsifier, chelating agent and nutrition fortifier in dairy products, canned food, meat products, beverages and baked food. It stabilizes food pH value, prevents fat oxidation and protein coagulation, improves taste and shelf life, and replenishes phosphorus nutrition.
Water Treatment Industry
Water softener and corrosion inhibitor for industrial circulating cooling water and boiler water. It chelates calcium/magnesium ions to reduce pipeline scaling, forms protective film on metal pipe wall to slow equipment corrosion; also used as phosphorus supplement for aquaculture water.
Textile Printing & Dyeing Field
Dyeing mordant and pH regulator for cotton, silk and chemical fiber fabrics. It stabilizes dye bath pH, improves dye uptake rate and color fastness; also used for silk weighting treatment to enhance fabric texture.
