Appearance (Dry Powder + After Reconstitution)
1. Undissolved Lyophilized Powder (Normal)
Color: Pure white or off-white, uniform in color;
Form: Vacuum-lyophilized cake; fluffy and porous with a crisp, dry texture (minor fragmentation or loose powder due to shipping is normal); no dampness, stickiness, clumping, or gelatinization;
Container: Transparent, sealed vial; rubber stopper and aluminum cap intact; no leakage or mold spots.
2. After Reconstitution with BAC Bacteriostatic Water (Acceptance Criteria)
Liquid is completely clear and colorless, matching the clarity of purified water; a very faint straw-yellow tint resulting from prolonged storage is acceptable; no cloudiness, suspended matter, fibrous strands, sediment, or phase separation.
3. Signs of Deterioration (Discard Immediately)
Dry powder turns yellow, becomes damp, or develops black mold spots; solution becomes cloudy/milky white, contains impurities, shows significant discoloration (dark yellow, red, green, or gray), separates into layers, or develops an off-odor. (Note: Slight cloudiness at low temperatures that clears up after warming for 10 minutes does not indicate deterioration.)

Storage Stability
Unopened lyophilized product: Long-term storage at -20°C; short-term storage at room temperature or refrigerated (protected from light), with a shelf life of 12–24 months. Strictly avoid exposure to direct sunlight, high temperatures, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
After reconstitution with BAC: Store refrigerated at 2–8°C, protected from light; valid for 28 days—discard if this period is exceeded. Do not freeze the reconstituted solution. If reconstituted with preservative-free water, the solution must be used within the same day.
