• Pemetrexed Disodium Hemipentahydrate (CAS 357166-30-4) is the hydrated disodium salt form of pemetrexed, a novel antifolate and multitargeted antimetabolite with a pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine core structure. It appears as a white to off-white powder with the molecular formula C₂₀H₁₉N₅Na₂O₆·2.5H₂O and a molecular weight of 516.43 g/mol. The compound is also known by the brand name Alimta.
