Product Description

Mancozeb (CAS 8018-01-7) is a broad spectrum protective fungicide of the ethylenebis(dithiocarbamate) family, supplied by Dideu Group as technical grade material and in common formulated versions. The technical material is a grey-yellow to light yellow powder with a manganese content of 20% and a zinc content of 2.55%, in line with the ISO composition definition. Standard technical grades are 85% and 90%, and popular formulations include 80% wettable powder and 75% water dispersible granules.

The product is practically insoluble in water and in most organic solvents, shows negligible vapour pressure at 20 C, and remains stable in dry storage. It decomposes gradually under heat, moisture and alkaline conditions, so proper storage keeps the active content and field performance consistent. Each production batch is stabilized and supported by a certificate of analysis covering assay, appearance and metal content.
