LL-37 is a synthetic human-derived 37-amino-acid cationic antimicrobial peptide, exclusively supplied for preclinical laboratory basic research. It participates in innate immune regulation, microbial membrane disturbance and inflammatory signal transduction. It is widely used to investigate antimicrobial activity, immune cell chemotaxis and tissue repair mechanisms via cell experiments and rodent animal models.
