L‑Threonine is one of the essential limiting amino acids for animals, widely used as feed additive in compound feed. It cannot be synthesized by animal bodies and must be supplemented from feed. Our feed grade L‑Threonine is produced by fermentation process, featuring high purity and stable physical property. It is well compatible with other amino acids and feed raw materials, easy for mixing in premix and complete feed. Each production batch is strictly tested and supplied with Certificate of Analysis. This product is suitable for piglets, growing‑finishing pigs, broilers, layers and ruminants. It is widely exported for feed mill and animal breeding enterprises.

Quality Control Description:

Our feed grade L‑Threonine is manufactured under standardized production workflow and complete quality control system complying with feed additive industry requirements.

All incoming raw materials are subject to strict inspection before entering production workshop. The whole fermentation, refining and crystallization procedures are monitored by in‑house QC department. Key indicators including L‑threonine content, moisture, particle size, heavy metals and impurity items are monitored during production.

All finished goods must pass full‑item laboratory inspection before delivery. Each batch is accompanied by official Certificate of Analysis (COA), covering standard specifications and actual test results. Third‑party laboratory inspection is acceptable upon customers’requests.

Non‑conforming semi‑finished and finished products will be isolated and handled in accordance with internal quality management regulations to prevent unqualified goods from entering the market. Complete batch production records and inspection records are kept for full product traceability, suitable for long‑term bulk export and feed factory production application。

It is an aspartate family amino acid, a proteinogenic amino acid, a threonine and a L-alpha-amino acid. It is a conjugate base of a L-threoninium. It is a conjugate acid of a L-threoninate. It is an enantiomer of a D-threonine. It is a tautomer of a L-threonine zwitterion.|An essential amino acid occurring naturally in the L-form, which is the active form. It is found in eggs, milk, gelatin, and other proteins.|Threonine is an essential amino acid in humans (provided by food), Threonine is an important residue of many proteins, such as tooth enamel, collagen, and elastin. An important amino acid for the nervous system, threonine also plays an important role in porphyrin and fat metabolism and prevents fat buildup in the liver.
