• Acotiamide Hydrochloride Trihydrate (CAS 773092-05-0) is the trihydrate hydrochloride salt form of acotiamide, a novel, orally active, and selective acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor developed for the treatment of functional dyspepsia. It is also known by the development codes YM-443 and Z-338, and marketed under the brand name Acofide. The compound appears as a white to off-white solid powder with the molecular formula C₂₁H₃₇ClN₄O₈S and a molecular weight of 541.06 g/mol.
