• Brigatinib (CAS 1197953-54-0), also known as AP-26113 and marketed under the brand name Alunbrig, is a highly potent, orally bioavailable, selective second-generation anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 0.6 nM . It appears as a white to off-white solid powder with the molecular formula C₂₉H₃₉ClN₇O₂P and a molecular weight of 584.09 g/mol . The IUPAC name is 5-chloro-N4-[2-(dimethylphosphinyl)phenyl]-N2-{2-methoxy-4-[4-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)piperidin-1-yl]phenyl}pyrimidine-2,4-diamine.
