      Methyl lauryl glutamate and monosodium glutamate were mixed in a molar ratio of 1.8:0.7. Potassium oxide and magnesium oxide were added as metal oxide catalysts, with the amount of catalyst added being 0.05% of the total weight of the reactants. The reaction was carried out according to the one-step synthesis method of Example 1. In the main mixer, the reaction temperature was controlled at 20 to 30°C, specifically, the mixer inlet temperature was controlled at 25°C, and the agitator outlet temperature was controlled at 25°C; the pH of the reaction system was maintained at 10. In the secondary mixer, the reaction temperature was controlled at 30 to 40°C, specifically, the secondary mixing feed temperature was controlled at 35°C, and the outlet temperatures of both mixers were controlled at 35°C; the pH of the reaction system was maintained at 13. After the reaction was completed, 0.069% methanol byproduct was obtained by separation, and lauroyl glutamate was finally obtained with an active sodium content of 88.67% and a purity of up to 98%.
