Product Detail
This product is a quaternary ammonium-modified water-soluble imidazoline corrosion inhibitor. The molecule contains a pentazoline heterocycle and a quaternary ammonium hydrophilic group, allowing rapid dispersion and dissolution in aqueous systems. It adsorbs onto metal surfaces such as carbon steel and cast iron, forming a dense protective film that blocks CO₂, H₂S, acidic media, and suppresses uniform corrosion and pitting. Complements oil-soluble imidazoline and is specially adapted for aqueous phase conditions; It has good compatibility and can be used in combination with scale inhibitors and fungicides. It is widely used for oilfield reinjection water, circulating cooling water, pickling processes, and anti-corrosion protection of oil-gas-water phase gathering and transportation systems.

Main uses

Oil and Gas Industry (Core)

Oilfield water reinjection, extraction water systems, and water phase gathering pipelines inhibit carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide corrosion; Preferred for aqueous phase systems, with a conventional dosage of 30-60 ppm.

Corrosion protection for refinery condensate systems and washing section equipment.

Water treatment industry

Industrial circulating cooling water systems, carbon steel equipment, and pipeline corrosion protection can be combined with scale inhibitors and sterilizing agents.

Equipment pickling process
