Product Description

Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) is white / colorless deliquescent crystal with pungent odour. It is a strong organic acid, freely soluble in water, ethanol, ether and other organic solvents. It has strong corrosivity.

Applications

3. Industry: Used as etching agent, analytical reagent, also applied in cosmetic peeling, textile auxiliary and metal surface treatment.
4. Water treatment & agrochemicals: Sodium trichloroacetate used as herbicide.
