Product introductionSodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, abbreviated as SLS, is a classic sarcosine-based anionic amino acid surfactant. Cosmetic grade is commonly colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid, high purity powder is also available. It has excellent water solubility and produces fine, dense and long-lasting stable foam. Synthesized from lauric acid and sarcosine, it is readily biodegradable with low irritation. It provides moderate cleansing power without stripping skin natural sebum, leaving skin smooth without tight dry feeling after washing. It also has mild antibacterial property and good hard water resistance. It is highly compatible with anionic, amphoteric and nonionic surfactants, which helps reduce overall irritation and improve foam quality. We supply standardized Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate. Every batch passes full inspection including content assay, heavy metal and microbiology test. Samples are available for formulation trial, accelerated stability test and efficacy evaluation. Full documents including COA, TDS and SDS are supplied. The product complies with REACH, GMP, ISO22716, FDA, HALAL, KOSHER standards for global cosmetic filing.Application fieldsSodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate is a multi-functional mild cleansing surfactant, widely used in amino acid facial cleanser, shampoo, shower gel, shaving foam, toothpaste, oral care and baby care products. It has excellent formulation compatibility and can be compounded with potassium cocoyl glycinate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, betaine, D-panthenol and sodium hyaluronate to develop low-irritation, fine-foam and moisturizing cleansing formulas for sensitive skin. It can be added and dissolved in water phase. It should be sealed and protected from light and prolonged high temperature to prevent color darkening. It fits brands focusing on mild amino acid cleansers, oral care and baby care lines. We provide formulation suggestions and complete compliance documents to support new product development and export filing for cosmetic manufacturers and brands.Packaging informationWe provide standard industrial packing solutions and support customized packaging upon request. There are two regular packing sizes: 1kg vacuum aluminum foil bag for sample testing, laboratory formulation trial and small‑batch production; 25kg food‑grade sealed plastic drum for mass industrial production procurement. All packages are equipped with internal moisture‑proof layers to block moisture and light, preventing activity loss of raw materials during storage and transportation. It should be stored in sealed, light‑proof, cool and dry conditions, away from heat sources, open flames and strong oxidants, and avoid drastic temperature changes. The shelf life is 24 months for unopened products. Once opened, it is recommended to consume as soon as possible. Residual materials need to be re‑sealed and stored away from light under refrigeration to avoid degradation of active components.
