Drug Function and Efficacy

It is an aminoglycoside antibiotic, and has antibacterial effects on various Gram-negative bacilli and Staphylococcus aureus. In vitro antibacterial experiments show that the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of this product against Salmonella typhi, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Proteus is less than 1.46mu;g/ml, and against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus is 2.93mu;g/ml. It has a significant effect on the treatment of keratitis and conjunctivitis in rabbits experimentally infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and no obvious irritation is observed.

This ingredient has been used in drugs with the following functions (note: it does not mean that the ingredient itself has the following health functions)
