Disperse Blue 60 Use and Manufacturing
Using 1, 4-diaminoanthraquinone and γ-methoxypropylamine as raw materials, 1, 4-diaminoanthraquinone is firstly chlorinated, sulfonated, cyanated, ring closed, and finally condensed with γ-methoxypropylamine Get the product. After filtering, grinding and drying, the finished product is obtained. Add 60-100 parts of concentrated H2SO4 to the reaction flask, then add 10 parts of 1, 4-diamino-2, 3-dicyanoanthraquinone, stir and raise the temperature to 50-100°C to react until the reaction is complete, then add water dropwise and continue React at 60-100℃ for several hours (usually more than 10h, long time is conducive to complete hydrolysis). Cool, filter, wash and dry for later use. Add 20-60 parts of solvent absolute ethanol and 10 parts of the above dry powder to the reaction flask, stir evenly, then add γ-methoxypropylamine, heat up to 60-80°C and keep the reaction to the end. The product is obtained by cooling, filtering and drying.
Dispersed Turquoise Blue H-GL is used to dye and print polyester and its blended fabrics. It is a brightening dye. Suitable for high temperature and high pressure method and hot melt dyeing. It is also used for dyeing bright colors such as lake blue and lake green, such as fruit green with disperse bright yellow SE-6GFL, blue green with disperse yellow SE-FL, and lake blue with disperse blue 2BLN. The dyeing depth is not high, and the medium and light colors are often dyed. It can also be used to dye acetate fiber and nylon.
