Direct Blue 71 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

With 2-naphthylamine-4, 8-disulfonic acid (amino C acid), 1-naphthylamine, 8-amino-2-naphthalenesulfonic acid (1, 7-Cleve's Acid, 1, 7-Cleve's Acid), J acid is used as the raw material, firstly diazotize 3-amino-1, 5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid to couple with 1-naphthylamine for the first time, and then diazotize the coupling product with 1, 7-cliffe acid Carry out the second coupling, then diazotize the coupling product, and couple the product with J acid for the third time. After salting out, filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained. . Diazotize 11.45kg of amino C acid (100%), 2.61kg of sodium nitrite (100%), and 12.5kg of sulfuric acid (d154 1.383) to obtain (I), and couple with 5.5kg of 1-naphthylamine for 5 hours to obtain (II). Then (II) is diazotized and coupled with 9.36kg 1, 7-cliffeic acid for 7 hours to obtain (III). Then diazotize (III), couple with 8.6kg J acid (100%) for 2h, heat up to 70℃, salt out with 80kg table salt (industrial product), filter and dry to obtain dye.

Uses

Mainly used for dyeing of cotton, linen, viscose and other fabrics, but also for silk, nylon, leather, pulp, etc.
