Using 2-amino-6-nitrobenzothiazole and N-cyanoethyl-N-acetoxyethylaniline as raw materials, first diazotize 2-amino-6-nitrobenzothiazole, and then diazotize with N- Cyanoethyl-N-acetoxyethyl aniline coupling product. After filtering, grinding and drying, the finished product is obtained. . Add 400g of H3PO4 to the diazotization reaction flask, raise the temperature to 60-65°C, add 2-amino-6-nitrobenzothiazole, stir to dissolve, reduce to room temperature and add 50g of co-solvent, continue to cool to 0-5 ℃, slowly add 12g of NaNO2 within 1-2h, and keep the reaction at 0-5℃ for 3h. Use after destroying excess sodium nitrite. Add 200g of water and 0.2g of dispersant into the coupling reaction flask, add 71g of N-cyanoethyl-N-acetoxyethylaniline in acetic acid solution (50%) with stirring, and after it is fully dispersed, cool to 0℃, add hydrochloric acid 40g, then add the above diazonium liquid dropwise within 1-1.5h, and continue to react at 0-5°C for 10h after the addition. The temperature is raised to 38°C and a certain amount of water is added, then filtered, washed, and dried to obtain a finished product.
