Using m-benzenesulfonate aniline and 1, 4-dimethyl-3-cyano-6-hydroxy-2-pyridone as raw materials, first diazotize the former and couple with the latter to obtain the product. After filtering, grinding and drying, the finished product is obtained.
Disperse brilliant yellow 6GSL is suitable for high temperature and high pressure method and hot melt dyeing of polyester, not suitable for carrier dyeing. It can be printed directly on polyester fabric, but it cannot be used as the background color of discharge-proof printing. It is also used for hot melt dyeing of polyester-cotton blended fabrics. This product has good compatibility with other disperse dyes, the color is bright yellow, and can be used as the main color or color matching in light colors. It has better dyeing performance on diacetate fiber and triacetate fiber, and it is not suitable for dyeing nylon fiber.
