C.I. Reactive Red 2 Use and Manufacturing
Using aniline, H acid, and cyanuric chloride as raw materials, first condense H acid and cyanuric chloride, then diazotize aniline, couple with the aforementioned condensation products, and obtain finished products by salting out, filtering, and drying. . Add water, H acid and soda ash to the dissolving pot, stir to dissolve. Add water and cyanuric chloride in the condensation pot, stir and add ice to cool down to 5℃, put the dissolved H acid solution from the dissolving pot, add ice and soda ash at the same time, maintain 0-5℃, weakly alkaline, stir until The reaction is complete. Add water and hydrochloric acid to the diazotization kettle, add aniline while stirring, add ice to cool to 0°C, add sodium nitrite solution, and stir to maintain this temperature to the end of the reaction. Coupling: Put the materials in the condensation pot into the coupling pot through a cloth filter, start stirring at 0-2°C to add the aniline diazonium salt solution, and add the soda ash solution at the same time to accelerate the coupling reaction, until the pH is 6.8- when the reaction is complete 7. Salting out: Add table salt and urea to the coupling pot for salting out. After filtering, the filter cake is put into a kneader and mixed with anhydrous disodium hydrogen phosphate and anhydrous dipotassium hydrogen phosphate. The mixture was vacuum dried at 85°C. After crushing, it is blended with sodium sulfate in a blending machine to form a finished product.
Used for dyeing cotton, silk, wool and rayon fabrics
