Methods of Manufacturing

Taking p-nitroaniline and m-(benzoylamino-N, N-diacetoxyethyl)aniline as raw materials, first diazotize the former and then couple with the latter to obtain the product. After filtering, crushing and drying, the finished product is obtained. Add 54g hydrochloric acid (30%) and 30mL water into the diazotization reaction flask, stir and raise the temperature to 60-65°C, add 69g p-nitroaniline to dissolve it. Then, the temperature is lowered to 30-40°C, and additives: 5g PC powder and 10g TX-10 are added, and the temperature is continued to be lowered to 0-5°C. 8g sodium nitrite is added dropwise, and the addition is completed in 1-1.5h. Continue to stir for 2.5 hours to obtain diazonium liquid. In the coupling reaction flask, add 150mL water, 110g m-(benzamido-N, N-diacetoxyethyl)aniline, cool to 0℃, add concentrated H2SO4 to dissolve it, and then add the above diazonium solution dropwise. After 1-2h, continue to stir for 10-12h. Replenish water, heat to 45-50°C, filter, wash and dry to obtain finished products.

Uses

Disperse Scarlet BRE is mainly used for dyeing polyester and its blended fabrics, and is suitable for carrier method, high temperature and high pressure method and hot melt method dyeing. Dyed polyester is yellowish red. It can also be used for printing polyester, acetate, triacetate and nylon fabrics. Bright color, good level dyeing, excellent dyeing fastness.
