Silicate(2-), hexafluoro-, magnesium, hydrate (1:1:6) Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Put 1 809 kg of fluorite powder, 335 kg of silica sand and 1 858 kg of sulfuric acid into the reaction converter in order to prepare fluorosilicic acid, and absorb the fluorosilicic acid solution with a content of 20-22°Bé by absorption tower. After removing the sulfate, it was driven into a neutralization kettle and neutralized with the bitter powder suspension to a pH of 3-4. Filtration, the filtrate is driven into the evaporator, after concentration into the crystallizer to cool and crystallize. The product is obtained after drying.

Uses

For mothproofing of textile fabrics.
