Methods of Manufacturing

In the carbon ammonia method, the roasted boron-magnesium ore powder and ammonium bicarbonate are heated and reacted in a closed reactor, the slurry is filtered, and the filtrate is sent to the ammonia distillation tower to recover excess ammonia, and the ammonia is evaporated to the molar ratio of ammonia to boron (NH3: B2O3) It is 1: (2.3~2..5), and then evaporated under reduced pressure (the temperature does not exceed 70°C), cooled and crystallized, centrifuged, and dried below 70°C to obtain a finished product of ammonium pentaborate. Its metathesis method puts boric acid in a solution such as ammonia water prepared with liquid ammonia, and reacts at a boiling temperature. To ensure the progress of the reaction, the ammonia water should be appropriately excessive. After all the materials are dissolved, the clear liquid is cooled, crystallized, centrifuged, and then dried at a temperature lower than 20°C to obtain the finished ammonium pentaborate.
