(A) In a 1000 ml three-necked flask, add 3, 4-dichloroaniline (1) (64.8 g), 200 ml of concentrated hydrochloric acid and 100 ml of water, heat to 80°C, and mechanically stir at high speed for 40 minutes until the material forms a slurry. Transfer it to a 1000ml beaker and cool in an ice bath until the temperature is lower than 5°C; take a 100ml beaker, add sodium nitrite (31.2g) and 50ml of water, stir to dissolve the ice bath and cool to a temperature lower than 5°C; The sodium nitrite solution was slowly added to the slurry liquid, kept at a temperature of 5°C for 1 hour, filtered to give a diazo solution and transferred to a 2000 ml beaker; a 250 ml beaker was added and 200 ml concentrated. Hydrochloric acid and stannous chloride dihydrate (188g), taking a constant temperature funnel 250ml, placed in a large beaker 2000ml, the mixed solution of stannous chloride dihydrate and concentrated hydrochloric acid was slowly added to the slurry through a constant temperature funnel; Adjust the temperature to 25°C, stir with a mechanical stirrer for 1 hour, and filter to obtain a yellowish-yellow powder.
