Indication	Definitive pharmacokinetic or formal drug interaction studies have not been conducted. Antiarrhythmics: Class Ⅰa antiarrhythmics (Vaughan Williams classification), such as disopyramide, quinidine, procainamide, and other Class Ⅲ drugs, such as amiodarone and sotalol, may prolong the refractory period and should not be used simultaneously with ibutilide injection or within 4 hours after injection. In clinical trials, class Ⅰ or other class Ⅲ antiarrhythmic drugs were discontinued for at least 5 half-lives before using ibutilide, and other drugs were discontinued 4 hours after taking the drug. Then use this product under the guidance of a doctor. Other drugs that prolong the QT interval: Currently taking drugs that prolong the QT interval, such as phenothiazines, tricyclic antidepressants, tetracyclic antidepressants, and certain antihistamines (H1 receptor antagonists) In patients with idiopathic tachycardia, the use of ibutilide injection may increase the chance of torsades de pointes. Digoxin: Supraventricular arrhythmias can mask the cardiotoxic effects of digoxin overdose. Therefore, digoxin should be used with great caution in patients whose digoxin blood concentration exceeds or may exceed the normal therapeutic range to prevent digoxin poisoning. In clinical trials, the combination of ibutilide and digoxin had no effect on the safety and efficacy of ibutilide. Calcium channel blockers: The combination of ibutilide and calcium channel blockers had no effect on the safety and efficacy of ibutilide. β-adrenergic receptor blockers: The combination of ibutilide and β-adrenergic receptor blockers had no effect on the safety and efficacy of ibutilide.
