D-mio-Inozitol Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Calcium and magnesium phytate (m): water (V) = 1: 3.2 batching ratio. Take calcium and magnesium phytate and place it in an autoclave, add water and stir, airtight, keep the internal pressure 490.5kPa (5kgf/cm2), the temperature is above 160℃, hydrolyze for 20h to obtain high pressure hydrolysate. Calcium and magnesium phytate [water]→[490kPa, 160℃, 20h] hydrolysis solution The above hydrolysis solution is neutralized by adding an appropriate amount of lime milk, pH is controlled at 7-8, constantly stirring, filtering, the filtrate is concentrated, and crystallizing after cooling , Filter and collect crude inositol. Then dissolve the crude product with 3 times the amount of distilled water, add coarse crystal 50g/L (5%) activated carbon at 90°C to decolorize, filter, cool, and dry to obtain the inositol refined product. Based on the mass of calcium and magnesium phytate, the total yield is 5%. Hydrolysate [lime milk]→[pH7-8] crude inositol [distilled water, activated carbon]→[90℃]Inositol refined product tablet preparation. Inositol refined product→Inositol tablet.

Uses

Vitamin drugs or hypolipidemic drugs. Promote fat metabolism in liver and other tissues. It is used for adjuvant treatment of fatty liver and hyperlipidemia.
