Methods of Manufacturing

Add 4 mol of diethylenetriamine into the reaction kettle, heat it to 180 ℃ and add octane chloride dropwise with constant stirring. After the drop is completed, keep it warm and react for 4 hours. Let it stand overnight to allow the diethylene triamine hydrochloride to settle completely and remove it by filtration. The filtrate enters the distillation kettle for vacuum distillation, and collects the fraction at 150-200 ℃ (2 kPa) to obtain a light yellow viscous liquid, which is octadecyl diethylene triamine. A stoichiometric amount of octadecyldiethylenetriamine and chloroacetic acid aqueous solution were added to the condensation kettle and reacted at 100°C for 2 h. Put it into the crystallization tank while it is hot to get colorless flake crystals, which is the product.
