H-D-LYS(Z)-OH Use and Manufacturing

(1) Prepare a sodium bromoacetate solution, mix and dissolve the bromoacetic acid with a 2M sodium hydroxide solution, andcool to 0 C in anice bathto obtain a sodium bromoacetate solution.The molar ratio of the lysine compound to the bromoacetic acid is 1:4, and the molar ratio of the bromoacetic acid to thesodium hydroxide solution is 1:1;(2) The lysine compound is dissolved in a 2M sodium hydroxide solution, and slowly added dropwise to thesodium bromate solution of thestep(1) in anice bath, and the molar ratio of the lysine compound to the sodium hydroxide solution is The ratio was 1:6, and the reaction was carried out at 0 C for 2 h, and then stirred at room temperature overnight;(3) The reaction liquid obtained in the step (2) is reacted in a water bath at 55 C for 5 hours, then stirred to add a hydrochloric acid solution, cooled andfiltered to obtain a white solid, and the hydrochloric acid solution is equal to the molar amount of the sodium lysate solution in which the lysine is dissolved;(3) obtained in step (4) as a white solid was dissolved in a concentration of 1M sodium hydroxide solution, and then added with stirring and the likeamount of the concentration of 1M hydrochloric acid solution and cooled to precipitate a white solid, after drying in vacuo 24h, to give Compound A .The yield was79%.
