The obtained compound can be directly used in the next reaction. m.p.188℃ (reference value 186~187℃). Uses

Triazole herbicides. Benzoconazole has the following characteristics: ①Excellent effect on barnyard grass, 200-300g/hm2 dose, high selectivity for rice; ②Effective weeds from pre-emergence to three-leaf stage; ③Long-lasting effect period Up to 40d; ④ Can control other perennial and annual weeds at the same time; ⑤ Can be used alone or mixed with other herbicides. With a dosage of 10g active ingredient/hm2, it has high activity against barnyard grass and sedge, and has no phytotoxicity to transplanted rice. The dosage of 500~100g active ingredient/hm2 can effectively control the plant of Agriturissum, Firefly and annual broad-leaved weeds. The 300g active ingredient/hm2 dose can effectively control barnyard grass and sedge grass from pre-emergence to 2.5-leaf stage without harm to transplanted rice.
