Solasonine Use and Manufacturing

1. In animal experiments, solanine has cortisone-like anti-inflammatory and anti-shock effects, but does not inhibit antibody production, reduces vascular permeability and hyaluronidase activity; it is allergic to animals, burns, and Histamine shock has certain protective effects. 2. It can also reduce the sensitivity of experimental animals to painful stimulation and have a cooling effect, similar to aspirin. 3. Increase the survival of mice with insulin shock and promote the formation of antibodies. 4. Intraperitoneal injection of rats can increase blood sugar (aglycone has no such effect). 5. Solanine has an excitatory effect on the heart and smooth muscle, and a small amount can enhance the excitatory process of the central nervous system of animals (rats, rabbits).
